This house is an older cozy set up. I knew when I booked it was a smaller house but didn’t realize the ceilings are low in majority of the house so if you are 6 foot or over you would most likely hit the ceiling. We are a tall family but luckily no one 6 foot tall. The kitchen has one small fridge/ freezer ( small apartment style) and a second small fridge/ freezer in dining area. The stove is small as well but it heats up quickly and does the job with cooking and baking. The master bedroom is a queen bed and does have a ceiling fan. One of the other bedrooms is a king, no ceiling fan due to low ceilings but there are portable fans in the closet to use as you would need. The third bedroom is right off the kitchen with bifold doors and 2 twin beds. The bathrooms are dated and do have water staining- most you can scrub off with bathroom cleaner but it would come back after every shower. The wood panel bows. The water pressure is great. We did get the linen package and they provided plenty of towels and washcloths- very much appreciated how soft the towels were and how many they provided! Bring your own pillows. The outdoor furniture is comfortable, there are ceiling fans on the porch along with a TV. Any issues we had Shawn did respond promptly and offered solutions. The golf cart was a blessing to have- didn’t have an issue at all. We are not very familiar with the functions on the golf cart but YouTube provided amazing information on how to change speaker color and other functions on the cart. The house is on a corner so you do have better access to park your car and the golf cart.

We had the best time for our stay with Duneliferentals. Shawn and all of his helpers were so friendly and helpful. This was our first stay with them and we were impressed! The house was adorable and clean with a super nice golf cart. We will definitely be staying with them again! Recommend 1000%!!!
